24 HOURS is a collaboration between photographer Nicolas Axelrod and filmmaker Chris Kelly. By spending 24 hours with a person and documenting their daily life we hope to capture a snapshot of modern Cambodia. The series will look at all aspects of society including poverty, politics, religion, work, civil society, popular culture, ex patriotism and tourism, the nouveau riche and many, many more. Through these portraits we hope to record a genuine snapshot of Cambodian society as it is today as well as creating valuable historical documents for future generations to see.
